Pumpkin Berry Blast! Homemade Gluten Free Treats by Sara Abraham


1/2 cup thawed mixed berries (strawberry, blueberry, pitted cherries)

1/4 cup pure pumpkin 

1/2 cup rice flour 

1 TBS ground flax seed

1/4 cup oats 


-cut strawberries into small pieces and cherries into halves- 


Mix all ingredients together. Use a tsp* measuring spoon and carefully roll mixture into a ball with slightly wet hands to prevent sticking and lay treats onto a baking sheet. Mixture does not have to be rolled into a ball, can be spooned onto the baking sheet.


Bake at 350° F, for 10 minutes on a parchment lined baking sheet, then flip them over and bake another 5 minutes. Refrigerate for freshness.
